We always ask our couples to pick a song for us to play as they cut their cake… but most have never thought about it. As guys, we typically don’t have that one special song with our Mom that has been meaningful to us throughout our lives. That being said, the time we get to spend on the dance floor with just our Mother is one of the most special moments of the entire night. But, what song do you choose to dance to? Love ’em or hate ’em, line dances still happen at the vast majority of weddings. Are they “cheesy”? Well, as YOUR wedding DJ, that’s not really our decision to make… after all, we’re going to play the music YOU want to hear. That being said, these types of songs are still going to fill your dance floor and have people from all ages dancing together. So, here are some of the top line dance (or group dance) songs that we’ve played over the years, in no particular order (We’ll leave out the YMCA & Chicken Dance 🙂 ).
